Company: WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions Location: Uganda, Uganda Job type: Contract Salary: Competitive GBP / YEAR Posted: 2026-03-05 Maintenance & Inspection (M&I) Campaign Planner/Coordinator – Uganda Location: Buliisa, Uganda (Site-Based) Rotation: 28 Days On / 28 Days Off Contract: 12-Month Renewable Rate: Day Rate (USD) We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance & Inspection Campaign Planner/Coordinator to support a large-scale onshore oil & gas development in Uganda. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking preventive maintenance and inspection activities across Central Processing Facilities (CPF) and well pad operations. Working closely with the Maintenance & Inspection Superintendent, the successful candidate will ensure operational readiness, effective campaign scheduling, and accurate maintenance data management through CMIMS systems. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Inspection Planning Participate in daily reviews of CMIMS (SAP/UNISOL) notifications and work orders Develop and maintain maintenance and inspection schedules based on priorities, resources, and material availability Coordinate preparation and readiness of upcoming M&I activities with discipline supervisors Monitor maintenance KPIs and highlight potential delays or operational constraints Ensure proper alignment between maintenance and inspection programs Act as the site focal point for CMIMS coordination and reporting Well Pad Campaign Coordination Plan and organize maintenance and inspection campaigns across well pads Ensure readiness of materials, tools, permits, and workforce prior to interventions Pay particular attention to critical equipment such as AGC units, ESP VSDs, MPFMs, fired heaters, and GTG packages Identify potential risks or missing materials that could impact campaign execution and escalate accordingly Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track work orders, notifications, and maintenance data within CMIMS Issue preventive maintenance schedules for CPF and well pad facilities Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned Assist with onboarding and training of new planners or supervisors on CMIMS and planning processes Candidate Requirements HND / Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience as a planner or campaign coordinator within oil & gas or similar industrial environments (FPSO, onshore plants, etc.) Strong experience with SAP CMIMS / UNISOL planning systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote project environment Familiarity with international HSE standards and operational maintenance practices If you are interested, please apply
