Akira Energy is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead operations supporting offshore activities in Germany.

As OIM, you hold overall offshore command, accountable for HSE performance, operational delivery, marine/installation integrity, and safe execution of accommodation and deckspace support operations.
This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and proven experience managing multi-contractor offshore environments.

Key responsibilities:
Overall command of offshore HSE & operational performance
Manage accommodation services (bedspace & service continuity)
Oversee deckspace planning, logistics & lifting interfaces
Lead onboard teams & contractors
Ensure compliance with German offshore & maritime regulations
Maintain emergency readiness & operational integrity
Drive safety culture, reporting & continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as OIM or Deputy OIM on jack-up or similar offshore assets
Strong offshore logistics & multi-contractor coordination background
In-depth knowledge of PTW, SIMOPS & emergency response systems
Confident decision-maker with strong leadership presence
Fluent English (German is a plus)

Required certifications:
BOSIET / FOET incl. CA-EBS
Valid Offshore Medical
HUET
OIM certification (preferred)
Advanced firefighting / incident command training (advantageous)
Candidates must be aligned with a 4/4 rotation and able to demonstrate offshore leadership experience.
