Requirements (must‑have):
Valid VCA – most important
GWO 5 modules
Rigger Certificate
STCW Security Awareness
MLC Medical & OGUK Medical
BOSIET with HUET & CA‑EBS
GWO Enhanced First Aid (EFA)
Cherry Picker (MEWP)
Chester Step Test
