Strong expertise in mechanical commissioning and start-up, particularly for rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps) and associated systems
Proven experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning planning, execution, and system handover processes
Solid understanding of multi-disciplinary interfaces (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation)
Experience managing contractors and working within large, complex project environments
Familiarity with commissioning management systems (e.g. ICAPS or equivalent)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
