Role:
The OSBL Field superintendent will support the Area manager on monitoring and oversight of the EPC Contractor OSBL Power generation, and others works assigned to the team.
OSBL Power gen superintendent mainly includes but not limited to the main power generation system of the plant and all associated systems.
Degree in Engineering or another relevant subject required with either an advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred.
Minimum 15 years' experience on industrial projects. Important to have specific experience in power generation and distribution systems, preferred in relationship with the LNG or gas processing feedstock.
Minimum 10 years in superintendent positions specific for the above-described scope.
Full understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects: safety, environmental, work organization, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and reputational risk.
Strong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication, and leadership skills.
