We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join an offshore vessel programme, beginning with delivery preparation, moving into sea trials, and continuing through the vessel’s operational lifespan.

Key Details:
Joining location: The Netherlands
Joining date: Mid‑June
Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off
Project scope: Delivery prep → sea trials → normal operations

Essential Requirements (Non‑Negotiable):
✅ UK national or valid UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
✅ Minimum Stage 1 Crane Certificate (stores crane operation)
✅ Demonstrable experience as a Bosun on offshore vessels
✅ Proven ability to lead a team of ABs and make sound operational decisions
✅ Strong safety awareness and leadership mindset
