Company: OOS Energy B.V.

The Future of Offshore Energy Starts Here — Join the Transition
OOS Energy is not another legacy drilling contractor. Founded in 2017 by seasoned industry veterans, we are building the next generation of offshore operations — from fossil fuels to renewables, and everything in between.
We manage modern floating rigs and jack-ups for owners who need expert hands, not just warm bodies. Our work spans conventional drilling, plug & abandonment campaigns, and offshore carbon storage — the projects that will define the next 30 years of the industry.
What Makes OOS Energy Different:
Multi-activity units — we designed and operate unique rigs capable of well plugging and structure removal for large-scale decommissioning
Green conversion focus — we invest in modern assets with low environmental footprint and convert them into sustainable, future-ready rigs
Energy transition exposure — work on projects that matter: carbon storage, P&A, and renewable infrastructure prep
Flat hierarchy, fast decisions — founded by operators, not accountants. We move fast and fix problems on the spot
Safety through transparency — open communication is mandatory, not optional. Challenges get solved, not hidden
Who We Need:
Drillers & assistant drillers
Toolpushers & rig managers
Barge engineers & marine supervisors
Offshore installation managers (OIMs)
Subsea engineers & ROV personnel
Well abandonment specialists
Crane operators & deck crews
Mechanical & electrical technicians
HSE officers & advisors
QHSE coordinators
Rope access technicians (IRATA)
Scaffolding supervisors
Coating inspectors & surface treatment experts
What You Bring:
Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET, GWO, OGUK medical, STCW where applicable)
Experience on jack-ups, semi-submersibles, or drillships
Mindset for decommissioning and transition projects — this is not standard drilling, this is the next chapter
Commitment to zero-incident operations
Ability to work in diverse, international crews — we do not care about your background, we care about your competence
Why Now?
The offshore industry is pivoting. Decommissioning budgets are scaling up. Carbon storage projects are getting approved. OOS Energy is positioned at the center of this shift — and we need people who want to be part of it, not watch from the shore.
Open applications welcome. If your role is not listed but your experience fits our world — send your CV. We read everything.
