What You Bring:
Valid STCW certificates and flag-state endorsements
Experience on general cargo, multipurpose, or similar vessel types
Commitment to ISM/ISPS/MLC compliance — we run a tight ship, literally
Willingness to work with a Latvian-European management team — professional, direct, no bureaucracy for the sake of it
