This is a residential role based in Malaysia, with travel across the Johor region to fabrication and vendor facilities. Key Responsibilities Supply & Schedule Oversight Follow up and expedite Wellhead System and Well Control components Monitor contractor and vendor schedules to ensure timely delivery Identify technical, procurement, or resource bottlenecks impacting schedule Track mechanical completion, final documentation, packing, and shipment preparation Attend pre-production meetings and testing activities Issue weekly progress reports including look-ahead and quality status Quality Surveillance Supervise implementation of contractor quality processes Define and monitor inspection and testing programs Assess welding procedures and welding qualification programs Ensure manufacturing record books and dispatch dossiers are completed accurately and on time Monitor the impact of testing and qualification programs on overall schedule Testing & Technical Monitoring Witness factory acceptance tests, stack-ups, and site receipt inspections Ensure tooling and equipment are fit for purpose Liaise closely with project delivery and quality teams to maintain technical compliance HSE & Compliance Promote and enforce strong HSE standards across all plant activities Ensure contractor compliance with project HSE requirements Support risk assessments, management of change, and toolbox talks Maintain visible site presence and intervene where necessary to uphold safety and quality standards Candidate Requirements Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil & gas projects Strong background in Wellhead Systems, Well Control Products, and associated tooling Extensive experience with testing regimes (FAT, stack-up, site receipt) Solid understanding of manufacturing sequences and quality control processes Proven experience supervising fabrication activities in vendor facilities Engineering Degree or equivalent professional experience If you are interested, please apply
